Professional tournament bass angler Kevin VanDam (KVD), takes The Bass University TV on the water to talk about how he gets the most out of his Humminbird sonar electronics. In this bass fishing on the water class video, Kevin locates some prime areas using his Lakemaster maps, then shows how those areas look in side imaging, down imaging and 2d sonar. KVD demonstrates some key adjustment settings, makes recommendations for boat operation to optimize your imaging quality and shows what some key cover looks like on side imaging, down imaging and 2d sonar. In this video, you'll see how to use your maps and imaging to identify: different types of grass, stumps, timber, points, and even fish.
