The Bassmater Elite Series saw the return of bass fishing legend Larry Nixon the BASS. Nixon fished for years on the FLW tour before returning to compete in 2023. On the second stop of the Elite Series, cowboy Joey Cifuentes III, who has spent a great deal of time learning from Larry, took the win on Lake Seminole by nearly 9lbs. Also on this show, in his first Bassmaster kayak tournament, Bass University's Greg DiPalma gets the win on Lake Guntersville.
