Bill Lowen is one of the most consistent professional anglers on tour. He has cashed a check in over 70% of the BASS events he has fished. One doesn't pull off that kind of consistency without knowing how to come in with a limit of bass every day. In this bass fishing educational seminar class, Lowen says his background at the Ohio River shaped his power-finesse fishing style enabling to be consistent all over the country. He talks about fishing high percentage areas and shares the techniques and baits relies on to always catch his limit.
